Only users with an Owner or Administrator role can select and pay for a subscription plan.
View the subscription plans
In your NextPay account, click the ⚙️ Settings on your profile.
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Plans.
On the Plans page, you can review the available subscription plans.
You can compare the features, benefits, and pricing of each plan. Consider factors like your transaction volume, the features you frequently use, and any specific business needs to guide your selection.
Select a subscription plan
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Subscriptions & Billing.
Choose your desired plan and add your payment details.
Note: We apologize—at this time, payments can only be made via your NextPay Balance since May 2024. We're working to restore credit card payments and will keep you updated!
Once you click Confirm your subscription, your payment method will be charged the subscription fee.
If you want to make any changes to your plan, fill out this form, and we'll respond to your request as soon as possible. Once submitted, your updates are final.
Please give us 1-2 business days to process your request.
