Beginning Monday, February 19th, 2024, we will implement our new subscription-based pricing model, designed to align with our enhanced focus on disbursements—a key aspect of our service offerings that we are committed to innovating and improving.

General

What subscription plans are available?

We are offering the following platform subscription plans.

  • Basic: P1,000/month

  • Pro: P2,500/month

  • Pro Plus: P5,000/month

Please note that disbursement fees still apply on top of subscription plans. For a detailed look at the features included in each tier, please visit our pricing page.

Are there any discounts or free trials to test out a subscription tier first?

New customers can avail of a 30-day free trial period which starts once your account is created after qualifying and talking with our sales team.

Existing Verified NextPay customers are given 30 days starting Monday, February 19th, 2024, until Friday, March 20th, 2024 to choose a subscription tier if they wish to continue using the NextPay platform.

What happens to my existing NextPay account if I don’t subscribe?

If you don’t avail of one of the subscription plans by the end of your trial period (shown on your dashboard), you won’t be able to use NextPay’s services to send money. However, you will be able to request to use Quick Transfer to be able to withdraw any remaining funds in your NextPay account.

Additionally, your account will remain accessible and you can upgrade any time afterward, or you may contact the support team to close your account.

Can I switch between subscription tiers at any time?

Yes, you can request to change subscription tiers at any time on the account settings page or by filling up this form.

Is there an enterprise or customized tier available for large-volume customers?

Features

Can I still use NextPay's API and integrate it with my other systems on the Basic tier?

No, APIs and Webhooks are only available on the Pro and Pro Plus plans.

Can I manage multiple NextPay accounts under one subscription plan?

Each NextPay account needs to be subscribed to one plan, but you can have multiple workspaces in one account depending on your subscription tier. View our pricing page for more information.

Will there be any changes to the disbursement limits or frequencies in each tier?

The transaction limits will still be based on your account verification level. This includes Cash-in.

Will add-on services or features be available to customize a subscription plan?

Yes, we will be adding several more add-on services in the future to the subscription plans, and also for individual add-ons. Please stay tuned!


Billing

How can I pay for my subscription?

You can select and add your payment details on the Settings page. You can follow the detailed steps in this article.

How will billing and renewal be handled for subscriptions?

You can access your subscription billing on the account settings page. Once subscribed, you will automatically be renewed on the same date next month unless canceled before the due date.

Will there be options to pay monthly or annually for subscriptions?

Subscriptions will launch with monthly subscriptions for now. Annual subscriptions are being considered and may be introduced at a later time.

Will customer support still be available on all subscription tiers?

You will have access to our customer support channels on all tiers. subject to Customer Support Hours (10AM to 6PM daily). If you subscribe to Pro Plus, you can also opt for a dedicated account manager.
