How do I upgrade my account?

Upgrading your NextPay account will let you enjoy higher transaction limits. The more documents you send to verify your business, the more you can send through NextPay.

  1. In your NextPay account dropdown menu, click on ⚡️ Upgrade Account

  2. On the Upgrade Account page, you’ll be introduced to the different account levels available and the requirements per business type.

Basic Trial

All new accounts start with a Basic Trial account.

Submit your Valid ID and Proof of Billing Address to upgrade to a Basic Verified account.

PHP 5,000 one-time limit

  • Email verification

  • Platform Use Agreement

Basic Verified

PHP 400,000 every month / PHP 4,800,000 every year

  • Valid ID and Selfie

  • Business details

  • Proof of Billing Address

Business Verified

To enjoy unlimited cash in and out transactions, you have to submit compliance requirements depending on your business type.

To successfully upgrade your account, we ask for the documents of the Business Owner, whose name appears on the legal registration documents.

This means that all requirements, from submitting your valid ID and selfie, and proof of billing address, to other compliance-related requirements, should be named after the Registered Owner or Business Owner.

The verification process takes 2-3 business days to complete upon submission.
