Upgrading your NextPay account will let you enjoy higher transaction limits. The more documents you send to verify your business, the more you can send through NextPay.
In your NextPay account dropdown menu, click on ⚡️ Upgrade Account
On the Upgrade Account page, you’ll be introduced to the different account levels available and the requirements per business type.

To successfully upgrade your account, we ask for the documents of the Business Owner, whose name appears on the legal registration documents.
This means that all requirements, from submitting your valid ID and selfie, and proof of billing address, to other compliance-related requirements, should be named after the Registered Owner or Business Owner.
The verification process takes 2-3 business days to complete upon submission.
