You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.
Change your password
In your NextPay account, click the ⚙️ Settings on your profile.
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Security.
Under Security, type in your current password.
Type your new password.
For security purposes, make sure your password fits the required character specifications for a successful password update
minimum of 8 characters
at least 1 uppercase letter
at least 1 numerical character
at least 1 special character
Re-type and confirm your new password.
Reset your password
To reset your password if you’re not logged in to NextPay:
Go to the Login page
Click I forgot my password and follow the steps to recover your password
Input the email address you used when you created an account
Click Email me a recovery link and wait for the email that contains your password-reset link
Open the email and click on the link in the email to set a new password
I created my account through Google SSO. How do I change or reset my password?
If you used Google authentication to create your account, you'll need to reset your password with Google as the password you've forgotten is associated with your Google email account.
