How do I change my company or account details?

You can change your user and account settings in the top right corner of your dashboard under Company Settings.

Under the User Account section, you can edit your basic profile and password settings.

Under the Company Account section, you can edit your basic company profile, upgrade your account, and manage team member access to your NextPay Company Account.

To make major changes to your company information, please contact us at [email protected] or use the support chat widget while logged in.
