Every bill has a status that tells you where it stands. Here's what each one means.
The statuses
Unpaid: the bill has been created but not paid yet.
Partial: part of the amount has been paid; a balance is still due.
Paid: the full amount has been collected.
Overdue: the bill is unpaid and the due date has passed. It's still an unpaid bill — "overdue" just flags that it's late.
Void: the bill has been cancelled. Use this when a bill was made by mistake or is no longer needed.
How to void a bill
Open the bill.
Tap Void.
Confirm.
You can only void a bill that is in Unpaid or Partial status.
💡 Good to know: Overdue isn't something you set. A bill becomes overdue on its own once it's past the due date and still unpaid.
