Track installments and partial payments

See what's paid and what's still due when a client pays a balance in parts. No spreadsheet needed.

When a client pays a balance in parts, NextCollect keeps track of what's paid and what's still due, so you don't need a separate notebook or spreadsheet.

How it works

  • Each time part of a bill is paid, NextCollect records it and updates the remaining amount.

  • The bill shows Partial until the full amount is collected, then it becomes Paid.

  • This works for both QR Ph payments and payments you record yourself.

Record an installment

  1. Open the bill.

  2. Tap Mark as Paid.

  3. Enter the amount of this installment.

  4. Choose the payment method and tap Save.

What you'll see

The bill updates to Partial and shows how much is left. Repeat for each installment until the balance reaches zero and the bill turns Paid.

šŸ’” Good to know: There's no separate plan to set up. Just record each payment as it arrives. The full history stays on the bill, so you can always see what was paid and when.
