A bill is how you ask a client to pay you. Here's how to create one and get a payment link you can send.
Before you start: Finish payment setup first. NextCollect asks for this once, before your first bill, so your collected money has somewhere to go.
Steps
Open NextCollect and create a bill via the "+" button. (On an empty Bills screen, tap Create your first bill.)
Enter the amount you're collecting, in pesos.
Add a short description so your client knows what the bill is for. For example, "Braces adjustment — June."
Add your customer. Enter their name and mobile number, or pick them from your list if you've billed them before.
Set a due date — the day payment is expected. This also turns on automatic reminders.
Tap Create & Share.
What you'll see
Your new bill appears with an Unpaid status and its own payment link, ready to share.
💡 Good to know: Setting a due date switches on automatic SMS reminders before, on, and after that date. You can create a bill without a due date, but reminders only run when a due date is set.
