When a bill has a due date, NextCollect sends SMS reminders on a schedule — so you don't have to follow up yourself.
When reminders go out
1 day before the due date
On the due date
3, 7, and 14 days after the due date, if the bill is still unpaid
Each reminder includes the amount, the due date, and the payment link, so your client can pay right away.
How to turn them on
Reminders start automatically when you set a due date on a bill. There's nothing extra to switch on.
💡 Good to know:
Reminders are included — no extra charge.
The first reminder is sent a few hours after you create a bill, to give your client time to pay first.
Once a bill is paid, its reminders stop.
Reminders are professional and payment-specific, so the follow-up feels like a system notice — not a personal chase.
