How do I retry my failed subscription payment?

Only users with an Owner or Administrator role can select and pay for a subscription plan.

  1. Go to your Settings.

  2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Subscriptions & Billing.

  3. Click Please try again.

  4. Choose NextPay Balance as a payment method and retry the payment.

    Note: We apologize—at this time, payments can only be made via your NextPay Balance since May 2024. We're working to restore credit card payments and will keep you updated!
