Starting Feb 19, 2024 at 11am, you can choose and sign up for your new NextPay subscription plan, but you won't be charged until March 20, 2024.

Ensure you select a plan and provide payment details before March 20, 2024 to keep full access to our services. Without a paid plan by this date, you will be limited to the Quick Transfers feature only. Visit our FAQ page or contact support for more info.

As we approach the rollout of our new subscription-based pricing model on February 19th, 2024, I wanted to provide some important clarifications and updates regarding this transition.

Clarification on the Subscription Activation Process

Although you will be able to select your preferred subscription plan (Basic, Pro, or Pro-Plus) and provide your payment details by going to the Account Settings section starting February 19th, you will not be charged until March 20th, 2024. Consider this period as an opportunity to familiarize yourself with our new model without any immediate financial commitment—a gesture of our commitment to ensuring a smooth transition for all our valued customers.

Action required by March 20th, 2024

To maintain uninterrupted access to the suite of NextPay services, please make sure to select your subscription plan and provide your payment information before March 20th, 2024. This step is crucial for continuing to enjoy our comprehensive disbursement solutions, invoicing, and cash-in features beyond this date.

What happens if you don't select a Plan by March 20th?

Customers who have not yet selected a plan and provided their payment details online by March 20th, 2024 will have their accounts downgraded and access to features such as invoicing and cash-in will be suspended. We’ve ensured that you still have access to all of your funds, so you will still be able to log in, access your funds, and utilize our Quick Transfers feature to send money out while you choose the subscription tier that best fits your needs.
