If you deposited via an international wire transfer (from a non-PH bank) or through a remittance service (e.g., Wise, Remitly), the difference is likely due to conversion rates and fees applied by the service you used—not by NextPay.
Here’s why:
When you send money in a foreign currency, your bank or remittance provider handles the currency conversion, not NextPay.
The amount we receive is after they’ve applied their exchange rate and any transfer or intermediary fees.
As a result, the credited amount in PHP may be different from what you originally sent.
Who sets the exchange rate?
Your bank, remittance service, or whichever service you used to send the funds.
NextPay doesn’t convert currencies or apply FOREX rates—we credit exactly what we receive.
✅ Tip: For a more accurate estimate, check the exchange rate and fees with your provider before sending the deposit.
