To send money to your recipients, you'll need to add some funds to your account.
There are two steps to complete this process:
Deposit funds directly into NextPay’s UnionBank corporate account,
Log the deposit details in your NextPay Account via Cash In button on the Dashboard or the Deposits Page
The processing period for deposits varies depending on the payment method being used.
Let’s define some terms:
Banking day: Monday to Friday except for legal holidays
Calendar day: Monday to Sunday including legal holidays
What are the deposit options accepted?
Cash/checks (over-the-counter at UnionBank branches)
Digital Transfers (InstaPay, PESONet, Bank)
Digital Transfers from local banks and e-Wallets (InstaPay, PESONet)
Digital Transfers (UnionBank to UnionBank)
International Wire Transfer (via non-PH bank)
Remittance (e.g Transferwise, Remitly)

How do I deposit funds into NextPay's bank account?
On your left side panel, navigate to Deposits
Take note of the deposit instructions
Note: You don’t need a UnionBank account to deposit to NextPay. You can deposit from any bank or e-Wallet
For international/overseas wire transfers, you can check the SWIFT/BIC code by clicking on See more deposit details
How do I log my deposit in my NextPay account?
To log your deposit details, click New Deposit
Fill up the details
Upload a clear photo of your deposit receipt
Proof of deposit must show "Complete/Successful" status (NOT ‘Pending/Processing’)
In cases wherein no Reference was provided, users may opt to attach the bank Email/SMS verification containing the required information.
Click Submit for review
Make sure the details you log—date of your transaction, account number, and amount—exactly match the details shown in your proof of deposit match for faster processing.
When will my deposit be credited to my NextPay account?
Deposit times may vary depending on the method used.
Cash (UnionBank over-the-counter), InstaPay, and UnionBank-to-UnionBank transfers
These are the fastest methods to fund your NextPay account. If a deposit was made during banking hours (8 AM-6 PM) of the same banking day, the funds will be reflected in your account within 30 minutes.
PESONet, Wire Transfers, and Check Deposit
Deposits made through PESONet, wire transfers, and check deposits may take 1-3 banking days to reach NextPay for crediting to your account, following their standard clearing times.
Be sure to log your deposit immediately and accurately so our team can review your payment as quickly as possible. Despite making a deposit to our bank account, failing to log the deposit on time will result in a delay in verifying your deposit.
