Yes, you can! And even more reporting features are coming soon!

Below are the reports you can get right from the NextPay platform:

πŸ“œ All Transactions Report

  • Transaction Log / Account Statement

    • This CSV report displays all transaction types for your account, including your starting and ending balances, to help your team align with your accounting books.

    • You can filter this report based on the dates and transaction types of your choice.

    • Path: Manage Money > All Transactions > Filter > Apply > Export transactions:

      • Export by Transactions

      • General Export

Just a heads up: Your reports will be saved as .CSV files. If you need to adjust and see all the details, make sure to save a copy of the downloaded file as .XLXS file.

πŸ“œ Disbursement Reports

  • All Disbursements Report

    • This CSV report displays all disbursements based on your chosen filters.

    • Path: Send Money > Disbursements > Filter > Apply > Export disbursements:

      • Export by Transactions

      • Export by Disbursements

  • Batch Disbursement Report

    • A full PDF report of your batch disbursement is available for your team once it's completed.

    • Path: Send Money > Disbursements > open the specific batch disbursement > Download Report

  • Payslip / Transfer Confirmation

    • An email and PDF report with the recipient's transfer details will be made available to both you and the recipient.

    • Path: Send Money > Disbursements > open the batch disbursement > locate the recipient entry > click the right-most download arrow button

πŸ“œ Invoice Reports (for Pro and Pro Plus Subscribers)

  • This CSV report displays all invoices based on your chosen filters.

    • Path: Collect Money > Invoices > Filter > Apply > Export invoices
