How will I know when my recipient(s) receive their money?

🔔 Notifications

Once your payout is completed, both you and your recipient will receive notifications through the following channels:

You (Sender)

NextPay User

Your Recipient

NextPay Dashboard

These notifications confirm that the money has been successfully transferred.

🔗 Track Your Transfer

You can monitor your payout in real-time using the Track My Transfer feature. This provides step-by-step information on the transfer process.

With this feature, you can access detailed transfer information and download the bank’s Proof of Transfer—no need to contact support!

How to Track Your Transfer:

  1. Go to Send Money > Disbursements

  2. Select a specific disbursement.

  3. Click View more details > Track Funds.

  4. If the transfer status is 'Complete', you may:

    1. Copy the InstaPay Trace Number(s)

    2. Download the Proof of Transfer(s) (PDF)

  5. Share the InstaPay Trace Number(s) and Proof of Transfer(s) with your recipient for bank follow-ups if the transfer isn't reflected.

    • Note: For convenience, you can also share the Track My Transfer link directly with your recipient.

Currently, the Track My Transfer feature is available only for transactions made using the Classic Wallet.
