Managers can only delete payouts (disbursements) that are in Draft status.
Payouts that have been sent for authorization or have any status other than Draft cannot be deleted.
How do I delete a Draft payout (disbursement)?
Navigate to: Send Money > Disbursements.
Select the disbursement you want to delete.
Scroll to the right until you see the kebab icon (three dots).
Click the kebab icon and select 'Delete'.
Type 'DELETE' in the text box and click the 'Delete' button.
📌 Once a disbursement is deleted. It cannot be retrieved. Please make sure you want to delete it or have created a duplicate copy first using the same kebab icon.
