NextPay's Invoices provide you with a seamless way to create and monitor invoices while allowing you to mark the invoice as paid. You also have the option to:
Add billing details and attach supporting documents within the invoice itself;
Enable automated payment reminders so that you can spend less time following up on payments; and
Download a PDF version of your invoices.
When do I use Invoices?
Invoices are best used for:
When you need to bill someone for a specific engagement or order
When you don’t want to have to manually follow up on payments
Some use cases include:
One-time rental payments
Project billing
Can I use NextPay Invoices to receive payments?
No, in the meantime, you cannot.
NextPay has discontinued its payment acceptance services (Payment Links and PocketPay) since January 15, 2024.
