Updated over a week ago

You can create and send digital invoices to your clients using our platform. Additionally, you can enable automated payment reminders and also track the status of your invoices.

Invoicing Features are currently only available to Pro and Pro Plus subscribers.

Create an invoice

  1. On the left side panel, navigate to Invoices

  2. Click on New Invoice

  3. Fill out the Invoice Form

    • Enter your client’s details or select them from the list if you’ve already saved them to your Customer Directory.

    • You can invoice any amount between PHP1 and PHP10,000,000.

    • You can customize your digital invoice by adding a description of the services or goods being invoiced, adding a note to your client, or even adding a private comment for your own records.

    • You can also attach up to 3 files related to the invoice, such as receipts or other supporting documents.

  4. Preview and publish your invoice

    • Be sure to double-check all the details, as you won’t be able to make any edits after publishing your invoice

  5. Turn on overdue reminders

    • We'll take care of reminding your customer about their payment, so you won't have to! We’ll help you out by sending your customer up to 3 weekly reminder emails when an invoice is overdue.

How will my invoice look to my customers?

Once you’ve shared your published invoice, we will send an email and SMS notification to your customer. This is what the email will look like.
