What are the requirements?

Your required documents depend on your legal business structure, and your account limits will align with your Verification Level.


Please ensure all uploaded files are clear, uncropped, and valid (not expired).

Identity Verification (Required for ALL Business Types)

For every business type below, the authorized representative performing the signup and the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) must provide:

  • Selfie: A clear, high-resolution photo of your face as instructed on the platform.

  • Valid Identification: See "List of Valid IDs" below.

    • Option A: One (1) Primary ID

    • Option B: Two (2) Secondary IDs

  • Selfie holding the Valid ID(s)

  • Philippine Passport

  • PhilID (National ID)/ePhilID

  • LTO Driver’s License

  • Social Security System (SSS) ID/Unified Multi-Purpose (UMID) ID

  • Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

  • Postal ID (Digitized)

  • Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter’s ID

  • Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-card/membership ID

  • Philippine National Police (PNP) - Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO) Firearm License

Secondary IDs (Submit 2)

  • National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance

  • Police Clearance

  • Barangay Clearance

  • Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) ID

  • PhilHealth ID

  • Pag-ibig ID (Digitized)

  • Student ID

  • Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA): Certified Copy

    • Birth Certificate

    • Marriage Contract

For Foreigners (Submit 1)

  • Passport

  • Bureau of Immigration (BI) Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

  • Foreign Driver's License

Business Types (Additional Requirements)

📌 Proof of Billing Address Guidelines:

  • The document must be issued within the last three (3) months.

  • Accepted: utility bills (electricity, water, telecom), banking statements, or notarized unexpired lease contracts (NO waybills)

  • Depending on the business type: The billing name must match the person's/business' name on the submitted valid ID

Unregistered Businesses & Freelancers

  • Proof of Personal Billing Address:

    • The billing name must match the person's name on the submitted valid ID.

Registered Individuals (DTI)

Registered Professionals & Freelancers

  • IF Registered Professional: Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Certificate of Registration or License

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • DTI Certificate of Registration (if available)

  • Notarized Special Power of Attorney (if the user signing up is an Authorized Signatory)

  • Proof of Personal Billing Address:

    • The billing name must match the person's name on the submitted valid ID.

Registered Small Merchants

  • PSA Certified Birth Certificate

  • Sworn Statement of Income for the Year (Annex “A”)

  • Proof of Billing Address:

    • The billing name may be issued under the:

      • Registered Owner's Personal Name: Must match the person's name on the submitted valid ID or PSA Birth Certificate

      • Business/Store Name: If indicated on a Barangay Business Clearance/Permit, or the physical location address of the micro-establishment

Sole Proprietors

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • DTI Business Certificate of Registration

  • Notarized Special Power of Attorney (if the user signing up is an Authorized Signatory)

  • Proof of Billing Address:

    • The billing name may be issued under the:

      • Registered Owner's Personal Name: Must match the person's name on the submitted valid ID or PSA Birth Certificate

      • Business/Store Name: If indicated on a Barangay Business Clearance/Permit, or the physical location address of the micro-establishment

Registered Corporations & Partnerships (SEC)

One-Person Corporations (OPC)

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • SEC Certificate of Registration

  • Notarized Special Power of Attorney (if the user signing up is an Authorized Signatory)

  • Proof of Business Billing Address:

    • The billing name must match the official registered Business/Company Name on the submitted SEC or BIR 2303 filings.

Partnerships

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • SEC Certificate of Registration

  • SEC Articles of Partnership (AOP)

  • Certificate of Partnership Resolution

  • Proof of Business Billing Address:

    • The billing name must match the official registered Business/Company Name on the submitted SEC or BIR 2303 filings.

Corporations

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • Articles of Incorporation (AOI)

  • SEC Certificate of Registration

  • Latest General Information Sheet (GIS)

  • Notarized Secretary's Certificate / Board Resolution

  • Proof of Business Billing Address:

    • The billing name must match the official registered Business/Company Name on the submitted SEC or BIR 2303 filings.

Special Organizations

Cooperatives

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • Cooperative Development Authority (CDA): Please submit all of the following.

    • Registration

    • Membership Profile

    • Certificate of Good Standing

  • Articles of Incorporation (AOI) / Latest General Information Sheet (GIS)

  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate / Board Resolution

  • Proof of Billing Address:

    • The billing name must match the official registered Cooperative Name on the submitted Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Certificate of Registration and BIR 2303.

Local Government Units (LGU)

  • Ordinance for the appointment of the Mayor

  • Budget Allocation (if not stated in the Ordinance)

  • Notarized Special Power of Attorney / Authorization from the Mayor

  • Proof of Billing Address:

    • The billing name must match the official LGU/Government Agency/Barangay Name or specify the official municipal/city hall office location.

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO)

  • BIR Certificate of Registration (BIR 2303)

  • SEC Certificate of Registration

  • One (1) of the following:

    • Articles of Partnership (AOP)

    • Articles of Incorporation (AOI)

    • Association and By-Laws

  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate/Board Resolution

  • Proof of Billing Address:

    • The billing name must match the official SEC/DTI Registered Name on the submitted BIR 2303 filings.

Foreign Entities

  • Certificate of Registration

  • Secondary License (if available)

  • Articles of Incorporation (AOI)/Partnership (AOP)

  • Latest General Information Sheet (GIS)/Registration Data Sheet

  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate/Board Resolution

  • Proof of Business Billing Address:

    • The billing name must match the official Foreign Corporate/Business Name on the submitted foreign Certificate of Incorporation/Commercial Register extract.
