You can easily cancel deposits in case you mistakenly logged incorrect details.
You have the option to cancel a deposit if it was mistakenly duplicated or if there was an error in the details you provided.
You can cancel a deposit as long as its status is still Under review. If you wish to refund a deposit that has been credited to your NextPay balance, you can simply send the money back to your preferred account/s.
If you realize that a deposit was mistakenly logged, follow these steps to cancel it:
Go to Deposits page and click on the specific log you want to cancel.
Click the Cancel deposit log option.
You can then log the deposit again with the correct details, if applicable.
This will only cancel the incorrect or duplicate filing of a deposit. The actual transfer you made to NextPay’s account will not be returned to your sending account.
