Updated over 9 months ago

Through Limited Trial, you have the opportunity to help us improve our features and tools. Look out for the chip on new features, as they are designed to gather feedback and insights to understand how they can best help you and your business.

What is a Limited Trial?

We are always looking for ways to improve your NextPay experience, and introducing Limited Trial is a key part of that process. Not only will your feedback allow us to fine-tune features based on your needs, but it will also help us identify more quickly when a new feature isn’t delivering the expected value to our users.

How can I find and access Limited Trial features?

When a Limited Trial feature is available, you will find it paired with either a lightbulb icon or a “Limited Trial” label, as shown below.

How do I share my feedback?

Limited trial features will come paired with links that let you submit your feedback.

Can I opt out of Limited Trial features?

Limited Trial features are designed to be accessible to all users and there is currently no option to opt out. Using these features is entirely voluntary, but we highly encourage and appreciate your feedback as your input plays a valuable role in shaping the future of our product.

How long will a Limited Trial feature be available?

The availability of Limited Trial features varies and is subject to factors such as user adoption and feedback collected during the trial period.

What happens when a Limited Trial ends?

Features on a limited trial basis may either be:

  • Rolled out as a permanent feature;

  • Taken offline temporarily to be improved on for eventual re-release;

  • Or discontinued for the time being.

This decision will take into consideration the user feedback we’ve received as well as whether certain goals have been met. Given this, we highly encourage you to share with us your experience using these features, whether they were positive or negative. Rest assured, we will inform you in the scenario that a limited trial feature will be removed.
