How does email money work?

As with other disbursement options, you need to select "Email Money" in the Receiving Option when you add a recipient to your directory or when you are doing quick transfer or batch disbursement.

If the selected option is "Email Money", then you need to input your recipient's full name, email address, and mobile number. After sending the disbursement, your recipient will receive an email informing him/her that your company has made a payment.

To claim the money, the recipient would need to input the OTP (one-time password) sent through his/her mobile number as part of the verification process.
