How does email money work?


As with other disbursement options, you would need to select "Email Money" in the Receiving Option when you add a recipient in your directory or when you are doing quick transfer or batch disbursement.

If selected option is "Email Money", then you would need to input your recipient's full name, email address and mobile number. After sending the disbursement, your recipient would be receiving an email informing him/her that your company has made a payment. 

In order to claim the money, the recipient would need to input the OTP (one time password) sent through his/her mobile number as part of the verification process.
