How do I create an invoice?

You can create and send digital invoices to your clients using our platform. Additionally, you can enable automated payment reminders and also track the status of your invoices and collect payments online.

Creating an invoice with us is super easy. Here's how:

  1. On the left side panel, navigate to Invoices
  2. Click on New Invoice
  3. Fill out the Invoice Form
    • Enter your client’s details or select them from the list if you’ve already saved them to your Customer Directory.
    • You can invoice any amount between PHP50 and PHP700k.
    • Note that certain payment methods (such as eWallets) have their own transaction limits, which may change which methods your customer can choose from.
    • Keep in mind that the fees may vary depending on what payment method your customer uses.
    • You can customize your digital invoice by adding a description of the services or goods being invoiced, adding a note to your client, or even adding a private comment for your own records.
    • You can also attach up to 3 files related to the invoice, such as receipts or other supporting documents.
  4. Preview and publish your invoice
    • Be sure to double-check all the details, as you won’t be able to make any edits after publishing your invoice

  5. Turn on overdue reminders
    • We'll take care of reminding your customer about their payment, so you won't have to! We'll send them weekly reminders via email and SMS if payment is due.

How will my invoice look to my customers?

Once you’ve shared your published invoice, we will send an email and SMS notification to your customer. This is what the email will look like.

Your customer can click Pay now to settle their invoice online, where they can choose from several payment options. Currently, we support:

  • Online Banking (BPI and UnionBank)
  • E-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay)
  • Debit & Credit Cards (Local and International Visa & Mastercard)
  • Other major banks - coming soon!
  • Over-the-counter (7-Eleven, Bayad Center, Pawnshops, etc.) - coming soon!

We'll be adding support for other major banks and over-the-counter options soon, so stay tuned!

We hope this helps you create and send invoices to your clients quickly and easily.
