Are you looking for a simple and convenient way to accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, for your business?
NextPay offers a simple way to set up a one-time or reusable link that enables you to accept payments online.
Creating a payment link with us is easy! Just follow these steps:
- In the left side panel, navigate to Payment Links & QR
- To create a payment link, click New payment link
- Set the amount for your customers to pay, between PHP50 and PHP700k. You can let your customers enter the amount they want to pay.
- Note that certain payment methods (such as eWallets) have their own transaction limits, which may change which methods your customer can choose from.
- Keep in mind that the fees may vary depending on what payment method your customer uses.
- Set how many times the payment link can be used - single or multiple (can be a fixed number or unlimited).
- You can opt to save your customer’s profile to your directory so you can issue invoices in the future.Fill out the Payment Link Form
- Once the payment link has been created, you can copy the link and send it to your customer.
- Alternatively, you can also download and display the QR image at your store or on your social media account for your customer to scan using a QR-enabled camera app on their mobile device.
- You will be notified via SMS and email once your customer has paid.
How will my payment link look to customers?
After clicking the payment link or scanning the QR code, customers will see the payment amount (or they can nominate an amount) and enter their contact information. Additionally, they may opt to leave additional notes that you will receive upon payment confirmation.
Your customer will then be able to choose their own payment method. Currently, we support:
- Online Banking (BPI and UnionBank)
- E-wallets (GCash, Maya, GrabPay)
- Debit & Credit Card (Local and International Visa & Mastercard)
- Other major banks - coming soon!
- Over-the-counter (7-Eleven, Bayad Center, Pawnshops, etc.) - coming soon!
We'll be adding support for other major banks and over-the-counter options soon, so stay tuned!
We hope that these tips will help you quickly and easily create and send payment links to your customers.
