What are NextPay's fees?

NextPay only charges per transaction. There are NO setup fees, maintaining balances, or management fees.

For sending money via Disbursements:

We charge PHP 5 for every PHP 50,000 sent to a single recipient at any bank or eWallet in the Philippines. For example, if you sent PHP 60,000, it would cost only PHP 10 for that recipient.

Transfers are instant, depending on the recipient's account type. There are no minimum or maximum limits for recipients and amounts. If a transfer doesn't go through, you will be returned the full amount and fees.

For remittances, our fees are dynamic and would depend on the principal amount sent.

Transfers for remittances can be picked up by your recipients across our partner branches. There are no minimum or maximum limits for sending remittances. If in case transfers would need to be canceled, the principal amount would be returned with transaction fees pending for review.

[UPDATE: We have temporarily disabled the Send Money to Remittance Center feature starting 05 August 2022, with no definite date yet of it going back online. Our Send Money feature to major banks and e-wallets is operating as per usual.]
