If your chat support is coming up blank, an ad block extension may be restricting you.
Ad blockers are great in giving you more control over your internet experience, but sometimes they can also affect other plugins or features of certain websites.
How do I pause the ad block extension while using NextPay?
Open the NextPay app in the browser that has an ad blocker installed.
When you visit a website with ad blockers enabled, its icon will commonly appear in the top-right corner of your browser beside the URL. If you can’t find it, the ad blocker may be hidden within your browser’s Extensions icon.
Click on the ad blocker icon and pause it on our site.
The ad blocker control panel should appear with options to pause it. Always pause your ad blocker for our website and app for the best viewing experience.
Refresh your page.
Your page should automatically refresh after you pause your ad blocker. In the case that it does not, feel free to manually refresh your browser to apply your new settings. The previously-blocked chat should now be available.

Where can I find my browser extensions?
Google Chrome:
Click the three vertical dots at the top-right corner of Chrome, select More tools, and click Extensions.
Mozilla Firefox:
Click the three horizontal lines at the top-right corner, select Add-ons, and then click Extensions.
Microsoft Edge:
Click the three horizontal dots at the top-right corner and select Extensions.
Safari:
Open Safari, click the Safari menu, and then select Safari Extensions.
What to do if I don’t have an ad blocker installed?
Some browsers have ad blockers built-in by default such as Brave and Vivaldi browsers.
Brave browser:
Click on the Brave icon to the right of the website URL and toggle the switch to put shields down.
Vivaldi browser:
Click on the shield icon to the left of the website URL and select ‘No Blocking’ to pause the integrated ad blocker.
